There are a few ways to get us your artwork files.

Sending your files via the web:
To send us your files we recommend using FileSavr. It is a free online file hosting services that is not affiliated with Pixel and Poly that it is very simple to use.

• Put all of your files into a new folder and give it an appropriate name.
  
  
• ZIP the new folder.
  • If you are on a Macintosh you can right-click (control-click) the folder and select 'compress' or 'create archive' to create your zip file.
  • If you are in Windows you can right-click the folder and select 'Send To >' and then select 'Compressed (Zipped) Folder' to create your zip file.
    
    
• In your web browser go to: www.filesavr.com.

• Click on the 'Upload' button.

• Select the ZIP file that you made and click 'select' in the window that appears.
  
  
• Your file will now upload. You will see a progress bar. When it is done you will see a green 'Download File' button appear.
  
  
• You just need to select the new web address that appears in the browser at the top. Copy that text and email it to us.
  
  
• That's it! Just make sure you copy the entire address. Without it we cannot download your files.
  You can try to open a new window and paste in that address to make sure it copied correctly and works.

Mailing us your files:
If you would like to mail or FedEx us your files please contact us for the appropriate shipping address. We accept files on CD, DVD, and USB Thumb drives.

Emailing us your files:
We can also accept files via email if they are under 15MB. We recommend putting all of your files in a new folder and ZIP-ing them before emailing them to us. Please ask your main contact for the best email address to use.
